At SprayDroneParts.com, we’re committed to your satisfaction. We supply high-quality agricultural drone parts, accessories, and kits designed for professional operators. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused, and unopened items.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Returns must be pre-authorized by our support team.
To request a return, contact support@spraydroneparts.com before sending your item back.
Non-returnable items include:

Electrical components, batteries, and chargers once opened

Software-activated or digital items

Special-order or custom-built parts
-
Clearance or “Final Sale” items
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returned parts or kits.
3. Exchanges
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email support@spraydroneparts.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
We’ll promptly send a replacement or work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we’ll receive returned items without tracking.
5. Warranty Claims
Some items are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty (e.g., DJI, Talos, or XAG components).
If you believe your item qualifies, contact us and we’ll assist with the warranty process.
