This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered from SprayDroneParts.com.
1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Large orders, pallet shipments, hazmat items, or special-order products may require additional processing time.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as:

LTL freight carriers for oversized or pallet shipments
Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping on qualifying items or order totals. Any such offers will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

Certain heavy, oversized, battery, or hazardous items may be excluded from free shipping promotions.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times at checkout are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:

We are not liable for delays outside our control, but we’ll help you work with the carrier when possible.
5. Shipping Restrictions

Require adult signature upon delivery
We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be legally or safely shipped to your location.
6. Order Tracking

7. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please verify your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we can reship the order; additional shipping fees may apply.

If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and any carrier return fees, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged:

Report it to us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the packaging, label, and damaged items.
We’ll work with you and the carrier on a replacement or resolution.
Lost or stolen:
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check with neighbors and household members.

Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.

Contact the carrier for more details.
If the package cannot be located, contact us. We’ll assist with a carrier claim.
Replacement or refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and may depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome.
9. International Shipping (If Enabled)
If/when we offer international shipping:

Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or refusals at customs.
